Ahad Beik brings over 10 years of experience in operations management and asset oversight across international and Canadian environments, including over 5 years of direct experience in Canada. His background is defined by hands-on leadership in complex, high-demand operations, supported by extensive experience in operational control, team management, and asset performance.
In Canada, Ahad’s work focuses on operational oversight, construction and capital improvement execution, and asset stabilization across hospitality, marine, and commercial properties, often within active, revenue-generating environments where performance, timing, and control are critical.
His expertise is reinforced by formal carpentry training at BCIT and over 10,000 hours of registered hands-on experience in construction and skilled trades through SkilledTradesBC, completed by 2024. Since then, he has led and executed large-scale construction and capital improvement projects across multiple properties. Through direct involvement in structural scopes and coordination with engineers, he has developed a strong practical understanding of structural systems and building performance. This background allows him to lead and control projects with precision, manage trade coordination effectively, and maintain alignment between planning, engineering requirements, and on-site execution.
Before establishing himself in British Columbia, Ahad developed a strong operational foundation abroad, managing teams, coordinating execution, and maintaining control across active industrial and commercial environments. His approach is grounded in field leadership, with a disciplined focus on structure, accountability, and measurable results.
Ahad’s early operational experience includes overseeing multiple large-scale operations simultaneously across agricultural, industrial, and commercial environments. His responsibilities spanned four primary operational areas:
Large-Scale Agricultural Operations
Oversaw industrialized farming operations, coordinating multi-team workflows, daily production activities, and field execution. Managed logistics and ensured alignment between ground teams, equipment operations, and output requirements across active environments.
Machinery & Logistics Operations
Directed front-end loader operations, trucking fleets, and material handling systems. Coordinated shipment schedules, supervised loading and unloading processes, and managed the movement of grain and agricultural materials from ports to on-site facilities, maintaining efficiency across regional supply chains.
Industrial Cattle Ranch Operations
Managed daily operations for over 300 milking cattle, including staff coordination, production cycles, veterinary collaboration, and transportation logistics. Ensured consistent production output and operational continuity within a high-demand environment.
Commercial Retail Operations (Multi-Unit Malls)
Oversaw maintenance coordination and operational performance across commercial retail properties. Managed contractor activities, night-shift operations, security alignment, and janitorial teams to maintain operational standards and continuous functionality.

Background & Foundation
Ahad’s path to leadership was not conventional. It was built through early responsibility, constrained environments, and continuous adaptation.
Raised in Iran, Ahad pursued his education under limitations that required attending night school while simultaneously taking on operational responsibilities in industrial and commercial settings. During this time, he was actively involved in overseeing workflows, coordinating teams, and maintaining operational control.
Alongside these responsibilities, he completed his education with a focus in mathematics and physics, earning his diploma while balancing full operational oversight. This experience established an early foundation of discipline, analytical thinking, and execution under demanding conditions.
Determined to advance his education, Ahad navigated complex regional barriers and traveled to Afghanistan to pursue student visa pathways. During this period, he faced significant challenges and high-risk conditions, ultimately navigating a safe return through mountainous regions back into Iran.
His journey later extended to Cuba, where he spent three years as a refugee. During this time, he completed a Spanish-language academic diploma through Cuban school system while continuing to build adaptability and discipline in a completely new environment. It was in Cuba that he met his wife, beginning a new chapter that would later continue in Canada.
Rebuilding & Advancement in Canada
Upon arriving in Canada, Ahad immediately entered the workforce, taking on multiple roles simultaneously to establish stability and gain local experience.
In 2019, he experienced a period of instability while establishing himself in Toronto, including challenges securing work and housing. During this time, he stayed at Toronto Pearson International Airport while continuing to pursue opportunities.
This experience reinforced discipline, resilience, and the ability to operate and execute under pressure regardless of conditions.
Following this period, Ahad relocated to Vancouver, where he rebuilt his path with focus and structure, progressing into leadership roles and eventually overseeing complex assets, teams, and capital improvement initiatives.
During this time, he also navigated the process of sponsoring his wife to Canada, managing the complexities of immigration systems while continuing to advance professionally.
Today, Ahad’s family continues to grow, with the recent addition of his newborn son, further strengthening the personal foundation behind his professional discipline and long-term focus.
